Automation
Your tools pass the baton, with no re-keying.
What moves from one tool to another by hand now flows on its own. When a step requires reading and understanding, an agent takes over.
Who it’s for
Teams who re-key the same information into several tools: an order in the management system, a customer in the CRM, a row in the spreadsheet. Every copy takes time, and every mistake shows up late.
What we do
Flows between your tools: what arrives here goes there, in the right format.
Checks at every step: anything that doesn’t fit is set aside, not forced through.
An agent for the steps that require reading: an invoice as a photo, a freely written message.
Your existing scenarios kept, when they already do the job.
What we don’t do
Replacing your tools with another one.
Automating a step that needs your judgement.
Breaking what already works.
Access wider than the flow.
How it goes
Follow the path
We follow a piece of information from one tool to the next, wherever it’s copied by hand.
Connect
We connect the tools through their official connections, with only the rights they need.
Try it on real cases
We run real files through, including the ones that arrive in the wrong format.
Expand
Once the first flow holds, we connect others.
Once connected
Who stays in control, once it runs.
When something doesn’t fit
A document in the wrong format, an unknown reference: it is set aside and flagged, not forced through. You decide what happens next.
When a flow stops
If nothing more arrives where a flow was running, it is flagged, with whatever could be checked. Each automation has an owner. A new connection shows up.
Where it runs
Hosting and services are chosen during scoping, based on your requirements. We specify the data sent and its retention.
Who holds the access
Tools are connected through their official connections, with only the rights they need. The access and the rules belong to you.
How to switch it off
You can revoke access. We show you how to stop the automations and disable their connections.

Frequently asked questions
All questionsWhat if we already use automations?
We keep what works. Existing automations can be complemented with agents for tasks that require reading documents, finding information or preparing a response. The choice depends on your needs and your tools.
Do we need to change tools?
No. Agents connect to your existing setup: messaging, CRM, management, calendar, spreadsheets, industry software and in-house tools. They work inside them, where your teams already work. The system adapts to you, not the other way round.
And if an off-the-shelf tool already does the job?
We say so. If existing software solves the problem, it’s better to use it than to build. Scoping is also for that: we only build what doesn’t exist, or what has to connect to your tools.
Information you copy by hand every day?
Show us the path. We’ll see what can flow on its own, and what should stay with you.
