Kalhyps is the controller of the data used to respond to your requests and arrange conversations with Nicolas Brunner.
When you write to us or book an appointment, the data used includes your contact details, chosen time slot and the information you share about your project. The fields required to book are identified in the calendar; without this information, the appointment cannot be confirmed.
Professional enquiries are processed on the basis of Kalhyps’s legitimate interest in responding to them. Where a request concerns entering into a contract with the person concerned, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at that person’s request.
This information is accessible to Nicolas Brunner and the providers needed for the conversation: Cal.com for booking, along with the email, calendar and video call services used. Technical services, including Vercel for hosting, also process connection data to operate and maintain their security.

Retention
Correspondence is retained while your request is handled and the project discussed is followed up. Once these exchanges are closed, only information needed to meet legal obligations or defend legal rights is retained for the corresponding period.
If an engagement is agreed, contractual and accounting documents are retained in line with the obligations applicable to that engagement.
