Working with AI, on your own tasks.

Not a general course. We start from what your teams do every week, and learn to do it differently.

Who it’s for

Teams who have tried a chat assistant without knowing what to do with it day to day. And managers who want to get into it themselves, with a clear goal.

What we do

  • Exercises on your recurring tasks, not on generic examples.

  • We learn to move beyond the chat: relying on your documents and tools, rather than pasting the context back in every time.

  • The materials stay with you after the training.

  • A check-in a few weeks later, to see what holds.

What we don’t do

  • A theoretical course on AI in general.

  • A list of tools to memorise.

  • Training that ends on the last day.

How it goes

  1. Start from the tasks

    Before we begin, we list with you the tasks that come back and the goal.

  2. Practise

    We work on those tasks, with your documents, until the move becomes second nature.

  3. Keep the materials

    The materials stay with you, so you can do it again on your own.

  4. Check in

    A few weeks later, we look at what holds and what gets stuck.

Two formats

As a team, or one-to-one.

  • Team session

    On the tasks that come back in the team. Everyone leaves with a way of working they can repeat alone.

  • Coaching for the manager

    One-to-one, until the goal set at the start. We work on your real files.

  • Remote or on site

    Remote by default. On site when the move needs to be seen on screen, next to the person.

How is this different from a ChatGPT subscription?

A subscription gives you access to a tool. Kalhyps handles the design and integration of a system tailored to your business: connections to your tools, action rules, tests on your files and training for your team. We start from what you already use, including your AI assistants.

Do we need to code, or an in-house tech team?

No. Design and integration are on our side. Training happens on the delivered system, with your real cases: reading what the agent did, correcting a rule, adding a case. Your teams leave able to run it.

Do you work outside Lille?

Yes. Kalhyps is based in Lille and works in France and internationally.
